Estimates by Happy Valley Painters, Inc. are available in detailed, quick quote versions. The condition of the surface to be prepared and treated determines the initial cost of the project. Adherence of the product to the surface is one of our primary concerns, so we follow the industry standards created by the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) to prep the surfaces. There are several payment options available, including: 1) A 25% deposit required upon signing of contract, with an additional 25% required when project begins, and the balance due upon project completion.
2) A 1/3 deposit required upon signing of contract, with an additional 1/3 required when project begins, and the balance due upon project completion.
3) A 50% deposit required upon signing of contract and the balance due upon project completion.
4) Any personalized, previously agreed upon payment plan that fits both the customer's and our needs.
